Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for brow and lash services and at least 48 hours’ notice for permanent makeup appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling made after the required notice period will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Refund Policy
All services are final and non-refundable once performed.
Results may vary from person to person depending on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and natural hair or lash characteristics. For permanent makeup, pigment retention and healed results cannot be guaranteed, and additional sessions or future touch-ups may be required.
Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, individual healing, pigment retention, or the longevity of the results.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
